About TRANSGRAIN
TRANSGRAIN LTD was established in 2013 and is part of Agroblok Holding, with a team of over 50 people. Our core focus is the delivery of industrial, residential and public buildings and associated construction works. We work with industrial investors, international companies and construction partners. The company is also active in investment and logistics.
We manage construction delivery, subcontractor coordination, procurement, programme and quality control. Our own construction teams work with specialist contractors for building services and other project requirements. Responsibilities are defined by the specific contract.

We undertake industrial, residential and public building projects. As general contractor, we organise construction works, procurement and specialist contractors within the agreed scope.

Site and Power Infrastructure
Site preparation, earthworks, concrete works, access areas and associated infrastructure. We also undertake power infrastructure construction and related services with specialist partners, within the agreed scope.
Our full construction scope includes building services and finishes. Design services and EPC delivery — Engineering, Procurement and Construction — are also available for discussion. The scope, responsibilities and involvement of specialist partners are agreed for each project.

At TRANSGRAIN, health and safety are integral to the responsible management and delivery of construction projects. As a general contractor, we regard the protection of our employees, subcontractors, partners, visitors and everyone affected by our construction activities as a fundamental responsibility.
Our approach is based on prevention, clearly defined responsibilities and coordination between all parties on site. Our commitment to safe construction delivery covers:
- Risk management — identifying hazards at an early stage and planning appropriate preventive measures tailored to the activities and conditions of each project.
- Safe site organisation — careful consideration of access, the movement of people and equipment, work areas and the interfaces between concurrent activities.
- Workforce preparation and awareness — clear instructions, appropriate safety briefings and the correct use of collective protective measures and personal protective equipment.
- Subcontractor and partner coordination — aligning safety requirements, working methods and responsibilities within the overall construction delivery arrangements.
- Monitoring and continuous improvement — encouraging the timely reporting of unsafe conditions and situations, reviewing control measures and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
We aim to build a working culture in which safety is a shared responsibility and a consistent priority, from site preparation through to completion and handover. Our objective is to ensure that every activity is planned and carried out with due consideration for people, applicable requirements and the specific conditions of the project.
Certificates & Compliance
The company is registered with the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria and holds certificates for the construction of Group 1 structures (categories 1 through 5) and Group 2 structures (categories 1 through 4).

Since 30 April 2025, the company has been certified under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system, and the ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system, having successfully passed two annual audits of the implemented systems.
